Profile: Miami will take awhile to get used to playing with each other on the offensive end. Lebron, Dwayne, and Chris Bosh are used to being the main point scorers on their teams, but now they have to adjust to each other’s playing style. It will take some time for them to mesh all together and become dominant on the offensive end. Boston is not a good warm-up team for them because they are one of the most physical teams in the NBA. The Celtics are one of the better teams in the NBA, and they will be very focused on shutting down Miami after the all the off-season hype. Boston will be without big man Kendrick Perkins, but I still think this game will stay under the total. This game is also the first game of the season, meaning that offenses should be a little sluggish anyway, even if Boston’s main starters have played together for several years. Look for the Celtics to dictate the tempo of the game and for offenses to be a little sluggish.
