Villanova at Connecticut 3:30pm EST

Profile: UCONN has played much better against big time teams this season than Villanova has. The Huskies, despite not having as much experience as Villanova, has wins over Texas, Michigan State, Wichita State, and Kentucky. The Wildcats lost against Tennessee and barely beat Temple a few weeks ago. They do have recent home wins against Maryland and Louisville, but they did not start out those games well and needed a 2nd half surge to beat both teams. Connecticut is playing better and better and have been hammering teams. They are very motivated for this game, and they are expected to have a very fired up home crowd. Villanova won't have their sixth man in the line-up due to an injury he suffered in the Maryland game. The Wildcats have yet to be tested in a true hostile environment this season, while Connecticut will get to play their first big conference game at home. This spot screams Connecticut, and I expect them to get a dominant home win.
